Tailored Times creates personalized newspaper-style souvenirs based on templates selected by customers. Customers may provide their own text, photographs, dates, names, messages, and other content to personalize their chosen design.
Our products may be provided as digital files, printed newspapers, framed products, or other formats offered on our website.
2. Placing an Order
When placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
This includes, where applicable:
- Names and spellings
- Dates and numbers
- Titles and messages
- Photographs and other uploaded files
- Delivery information
- Selected template
- Number of pages
- Product format and size
- Framing or other finishing options
Please carefully review the information you submit before completing your order.
Tailored Times is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or unclear information provided by the customer.
3. Personalization and Design
Our products are personalized according to the information and instructions submitted by the customer.
We may make minor formatting adjustments where necessary to ensure that the final product is visually balanced and suitable for printing.
Due to the nature of customized design and printing, the final product may not always be an exact visual representation of how it appears on your screen.
Photos and Images
Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded photographs and images are suitable for use and of sufficient quality.
Low-resolution, blurry, cropped, or otherwise unsuitable images may affect the quality of the final product.
Where an uploaded icon, graphic, or image cannot be reproduced exactly, Tailored Times may use a visually similar alternative or make reasonable adjustments to maintain the overall design.
4. Customer-Submitted Content
You remain responsible for the content you submit to Tailored Times.
By uploading photographs, text, graphics, logos, or other material, you confirm that:
- You have the right or permission to use and provide the content;
- The content does not unlawfully infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- The content does not contain unlawful, threatening, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate material; and
- You authorize Tailored Times to use the content solely as necessary to create and fulfill your order.
Tailored Times reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order containing content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, offensive, inappropriate, or infringes the rights of others.
5. Proofs and Customer Approval
Where a digital proof or preview is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing it carefully before approving it for printing.
Once a customer approves a proof, changes requested afterward may not be possible or may result in additional charges.
If Tailored Times proceeds with production based on an approved proof, we are not responsible for errors that were visible in the approved version.
6. Product Colors and Printing
Colors displayed on a screen may vary from the colors produced by a printer.
Differences may occur due to:
- Screen and monitor settings
- Lighting conditions
- Paper type
- Printing processes
- Ink and printer characteristics
Minor variations in color, positioning, cropping, or paper appearance do not necessarily constitute a defect.
7. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
The price applicable to your order is the price displayed or communicated to you at the time of purchase, unless an error has occurred.
Orders may require payment in full before production begins.
Tailored Times reserves the right not to begin production until payment has been successfully received.
8. Customized Products and Cancellations
Because our products are personalized and created specifically for each customer, orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once customization or production has begun.
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered the design, approval, printing, or production stage.
If an order is cancelled before customization or production begins, any applicable refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
9. Defective or Incorrect Orders
We take care to ensure that your order is produced according to your approved specifications.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order, please contact us within [insert number] days of delivery and provide photographs and details of the issue.
Where the issue is determined to be our responsibility, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, correction, reprint, or appropriate alternative solution.
Minor variations resulting from the printing process do not necessarily qualify as defects.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping provider, customs procedures, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Tailored Times is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information.
Additional delivery charges may apply where an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
11. Digital Products
Where a customer purchases a digital version of a newspaper, the final file may be delivered electronically through the method indicated at the time of purchase.
The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address or other required contact information.
Once a digital file has been delivered, Tailored Times is not responsible for issues resulting from the customer's device, email provider, internet connection, or software used to open the file.
12. Intellectual Property
The Tailored Times name, branding, website, original designs, templates, graphics, layouts, text, and other materials created by Tailored Times remain the property of Tailored Times or its respective licensors, unless otherwise stated.
Customers may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, modify, copy, or commercially exploit Tailored Times templates or designs without prior written permission.
Customer-submitted photographs, logos, and other original content remain the property of their respective owners.
By submitting content, the customer grants Tailored Times permission to use that content solely for the purpose of providing the requested service.
13. Use of Finished Products for Marketing

Option A — Consent required:Tailored Times will not use your personalized newspaper, photographs, or other customer-submitted content for promotional or social media purposes without your permission.
Option B — Opt-in:Tailored Times may ask customers separately for permission to feature completed products on our website, social media pages, advertisements, or other promotional materials. Such use will only take place where the customer has provided permission.
14. Website Use
You agree to use our website lawfully and responsibly.
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems;
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- Upload malicious software or harmful material;
- Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
